WHO I AM
My name is Lucia Herrera Regalado. I like my friends call me Lucy, I am from Queretaro and I am 20 years old.
I come from a very closer family I have two sisters and one brother, my parents are still married, and that is very weird in this times, my parents educated me for being a persistent person, I like to give me short-term goals, and I never give up until I achieve them, if for some reason I can’t do it I try and try and I never give up, many times I can’t do things because I made mistakes, but when I do one I recognized them and I started again with all my effort to achieve my goals.
An important thing about me, is that I never let people tell me what to do, and for saying this I don’t mean that I'm a rebel or a wayward person, I am a person who have well-founded their values, and a focused girl, I am sure what I want and what, I don’t want and I never have been influenced by other people to do something that is not according to my ideas.
But though I have my ideas, I am very tolerant of the ideas of other people I respect other points of view and the people who have it, even I like to interact with these people because they give a touch of variety to my routine life.
I am special because, I have an enormous capacity to forgive people, I don’t like to keep resentment, because I feel that I am going to full my heart of hate, and for me life is made to enjoy and laugh and If you pass it hating people you are no living at all.
Now I am in a very important stage of my life I am forming as a professionist and I am taking decisions that I know will change my life, because of this I will live new experiences, maybe someone that I don’t want to live but, life is like that, it can’t give you only times of happiness, it give you difficult times but nothing you can’t handle up, and this difficult moments are very important because is here when persons get mature and force their character.
I know that now I am going to do things that will affect my future, but I really don’t like to think a lot about the future, I prefer to live the present with intensity and the biggest smile I can put on my face, for me future is a surprise and with this surprises I will know what god, destiny and life have prepared for me.

Difficulty in falling asleep, sleeping fitfully, wakefulness during the night; these are only a few of the more than 80 documented sleep problems that exist. What is worrying is that almost 30% of the population cannot get to sleep, or have too little sleep so often that it becomes 'normal' for them. Of course there are physical discomforts that can become obstacles to good sleep such as the temperature of the room, feeling sick, pain, noise. There are others such as changing of the clock.
